The BELT RAKES allow to carry out the operations for a good haymaking:

  • Turning grass
  • Delivering at the side, making rows
  • Spreading

The rakes can fit to any tractor with power take-off 540 or 1000 r.p.m.
They are built to provide top performance on any sort of ground, even the very rough land, thanks to the light but strong structure and linkages that closely connect the machine and the tractor.
The combs are fastened on trapezoidal belts with special bearings that do not require greasing.
We optimized the hay processing with the best teeth inclination, so that the hay preserves its softness and nutritive power, the rows result soft and airy.

A wide range of models satisfies all the requirements in terms of working width.

In the PRO rakes all the principal components are reinforced.

Connections to the tractor

In its standard version, the hay rake features a 3-points connection (with swinging links).
On request the hay rake can be provided with:

Hydraulic haystop baffle

  • Single control to adjust row width and lift up the baffle
  • Supplied with a movement speed controller
  • Optional kit that can be easily installed without modifications to the hay rake.
